Professional Approach

Working at the intersection of somatic, trauma, holistic health, bodywork and movement therapies, in a playful, curious, compassionate exploration, grounded in neurobiology and experiential anatomy, together we discover what can help you break free from habitual complex patterns, to feel whole again.  I trust in the innate wisdom of natural systems; those held in our body, in our shared humanity and in that power that keeps it going. I respect who and what you are as a whole being, without judgement. This is a creative, collaborative, in-the-moment body therapy, informed by current scientific thinking and ancient wisdom traditions.

Personal

I continue to enjoy dancing in class with our senior dance community and in a Flashmob troupe, taught by Professor Emerita, founder MFA program Smith College, Susan Waltner

But the most profound influence, informing all I do and keeping me sane, joyous and grateful in a crazy world is that I’ve been a student of Prem Rawat since 1975. That guidance and the daily meditative practice help me access an essential practical inner peace in the midst of it all.
